Just like on the court, real change takes a solid plan and a team effort. Here's where I'm putting the focus for the Winnipeg School Division.

Improve Attendance & Student Engagement

  • ●Expand mentorship, EAs, counsellors, Elders, and spiritual care providers
  • ●Strengthen literacy and numeracy supports
  • ●Grow mental-health services so every student feels supported

Create Safe, Modern & Accountable Schools

  • ●Improve school facilities across the division
  • ●Strengthen student and parent voice in decision-making
  • ●Ensure transparent, equitable investment in every school

Build Pathways to Post-Secondary

  • ●Expand dual-credit courses and trades exposure
  • ●Provide stronger career guidance
  • ●Build partnerships with colleges and universities

A Team Effort

None of this happens alone. This plan was shaped by listening to students, parents, educators, and community members across Ward 8 — and it will keep evolving as I keep listening.
